Costa Frias - Candolim

The Costa Fria is a special project being Alinto's First Restoration project. 

Situated in Candolim, the Costa Frias family house stands as a testament to the vision of the late Dr Desideiro da Costa Frias. Recognizing the importance of preserving heritage, he undertook the restoration of his ancestral home nearly 25 years ago. Upon completion, an editor poetically remarked that the house had transformed from an "ugly duckling into a beautiful swan," celebrating its newfound elegance and charm.
